If you have a car with a rear wing, is it possible to configure the nodes so that it creates downforce and stability? I'm not sure how it works, but can't you use the same thing the planes in BeamNG use? And is there already a vehicle using this?

You just need to position your nodes such that they create an inclined plane when you define the collision triangles.

You can explore this mod for reference.

So you don't need any special nodes, or anything, you just need an incline? It's so simple! What a time to be alive!

Put {"dragCoef":100} in the triangles section before the wing surfaces, maybe with larger numbers if you need more downforce.

Wings made of flat planes are inefficient compared to airfoils, so they need quite high angle and coefficient, and they have more drag than they should. That's why propeller planes in BeamNG need a lot more than realistic power.
