My mom had a 2cv! It was her first car in Iran. She sold it before moving to Canada though.Hers was like that light blue.
Changing the 2cv prototype model so it maches the original would take more time than creating it from scratch with blender. I don't think that a car not true to detail would be driven at all. Perhaps I will begin with another project sometime in the future, but in the mean time I have too many other things to do. Thanks aljowen! I'll contact a moderator.
