1. Release of the Bluebuck 2. Collision improvements to hoods in order to keep engines from clipping through: 3. Second UV map & official skins for the T-series 4. Official skins for the Legran and SBR4 5. Sneak peeks at the next round of vehicle development 6. A forum contest to sketch out a design for the next official vehicle.
1. Better FPS Performance 2. Bluebuck 3. Better FPS Performance 4. Wendover 5. Better FPS Performance.
1. More frequent updates. I'm not asking for faster updates. I'm just asking for more frequent SMALLER updates. For example they could have released the backfire sounds and the sequential transmission in a small update before dropping WCUSA, stuff like that. 2. A V8 diesel engine in the D series with proper diesel sounds. Also different sounds for the diesel ETK 800 and K series. I know mods can do this, but it would be nice to have it as stock. 3. Faster loading of the vehicle select menu. I have tons of mods and it literally takes 5 seconds to load from an SSD.
We also need a hypercar, similar to the Gumpert or Koenigsegg. Sure, we have supercars, but if all, they only come from Italy and Japan. Also, a hypercar is kind of the modern era. (I'm thinking of Koenigsegg)
Well... they did just release that crash test footage (in the form of a montage unfortunately and not just raw footage) which could provide valuable data in terms of bringing a car like that in game.
Unfortunately, this is not about real life wishlists, but more so targeted towards Beam. I admit that it would be a great idea for a currency system to be implemented into Beam, and having part prices would increase the fun of Beam tenfold for me. 1. The developers' issue with that is that it does not give them enough time to practically break the game, add whatever stuff they need to add, and then piece it back together. 2. That'd be nice to have. 3. That'd also be nice to have. The slow UI is one of the things that frustrates me the most about Beam. 1. Yes, and that's likely to happen. 2. Collision improvements in general (especially crash-welding and reducing the amount of spikiness in the interiors of vehicles that have been crashed) would be amazing. 3 and 4. Yep, those would be awesome. 5 and 6. I'm not sure if these would happen in 2018 (and I'm very sure that we likely won't be getting 6), but after all, this is a wishlist thread.
1. Wendower 2. New car we don't know of yet, best served as a surprise 3. Better AI 4. Better performance on WCUSA 5. Easier map editor 6. Fire that can damage the car (at least disable the engine) 7. Waves/ripple/bubbles on water when a car falls into it or a watercraft drives on it
I also think we need foreign of official cars, like the Garvil Hopper mod. It'll be interesting to see a Japanese version of the Bolide or the American Covet? (Maybe a rebadge, with new bumpers, or new variants, like a Drift Bolide, or a Barstow-swap Covet?)
It would be cool if someone on the BeamNG site could make a tutorial on how to make engine swap mods.
There is a mod that adds a Barstow engine in the Covet though. https://www.beamng.com/resources/covet-v-engines.3159/
Maybe a fusion of both engines. Also, new generations of the cars work too, like a 2015 Roamer alike to the Yukon, or the 2006 Bolide alike to the Enzo.
This may not be related to the game, but I think there should be more moderators in the US so they can keep track of what is going on better.
