besides, it's clear that it was rear ended. What does it being 200hp have to do with anything? It would just understeer if they laid on the gas at all, not oversteer and hit a wall with a speed to create that damage.

Oh yea I enlarged the photo, I see it now, Still a stupid description. Like I said, its like a guy looks at the pics and slaps a generic situation to the image. They like to use "slid sideways into a palm tree". Palm tree comes up a lot if the crash takes place in California or Florida.
But uhmm, what does it matter? A lot of crashes are like that even with the highway patrol. I have seen a Jetta spin out and slam backwards into a tree at like 45. In 90% weather. In Florida. Almost like the tree rear ended the Jetta. But Yes, some seem a little far fetched. But hey, at least he's giving some sort of description to put a little more of an image in our minds.
