Trying out the 'ETK PUR' Mod and like the look of it....seeing if I can fit it into some of the many tight spaces in the Yakuza Onomichi Hiroshima showroom map
Trying out the 'Night Lighting' in the Yakuza Showroom Onomichi Hiroshima map. Added some extra lights within 'World Editor'
The 'Hirochi Talent'....man, this vehicle is tiny....lol....on the days deliveries inside the mall ...meanwhile a Bus load of tourists are site seeing around the city Parking is at a premium in the centre city, thanks goodness I purchased the tiny Hirochi Talent
wtf Should he stop making maps if your parents forbid you from downloading files on the internet? That's your problem.
I meant it that all of his maps are good an i cant get all of them since i would have too many then, since beamng devs recommend to have below 50 mods and i already have 70.
"BeamNG devs recommend", you do what you want, there is no code in the game that causes the game to glitch beyond 50 mods. But "Stop making maps" is not respectful to the author of this mod who probably has to put a lot of time into this project to convert these maps and make them 100% functional in BeamNG.
I am sorry for this comment. but there was in the dc server of beamng like a recommendation from the dev team that they recommend to have under 50 mods since the more mods you got the more lag the game gets...
Man, please, at least have 50 hours in beamng. Maybe it would be better to ask someone on discord that will something happen if you have more than 50-70 mods? I have 660 mods, I had 1400 mods in the past and my computer still didn't blow up. Secondly, don't be so rude to modders, you probably don't understand how hard it is to make such great mods. I think we need a name for this whole generation of forum users that make or say stupid things while having less than 10 messages
It was obviously a joke and yall take this serious, when you look on the screenshot you can see that it is recommended to have less than 30 mods installed at a time since it may cause lag or glitches. you can find this in #mod-faq.
It's an advice for BeamNG on calculator. No seriously it all depends your config and how many gigabytes you do have. If you have 600 mods with 1 GB in total, it's still good. But if you have 10 mods with 40 GB in total, yes that could be a problem. In another case, I personally have 31 mods with 7.8 GB in total and I experience slowdowns in the game UI & in the loading. But this is a me problem, that's because my computer is low-end. If you have a gaming pc (with in general way better memory, cpu, gpu, etc...), it shouldn't be a problem.
It's not even related to the size of mods but how they are made. If your 10 mods are overwriting game files and conflicting with each other this might cause tons of weird issues. If you have 5 separate map ports that are 100GB but properly made to be standalone and not interfere with game files then it might be fine. The most important part here is to NOT keep mods UNPACKED. Keep all mods zipped, that will improve FS performance by a lot, especially loading times and UI performance.
This is new....errr, I think, as I do not remember seeing them in all the time I have spent in this map...lol Missions in the finished area of Onomichi Hiroshima....awesome 'Arcade Parking' 'Fridge Knockout' 'Staircase Runner'...a real challenge 'Can Collector'
I assume that people know to be careful with mods to avoid breaking the game, but yes it's true. I personnaly have only 2 unpacked mods, one because it was released in 2013 so I unpacked it to make it work, and the other because it's more simple to modify it.
Thank you for this info, personally I am not interested in messing around with any mods or unpacking as you say, to busy just enjoying my journey through BeamNG. However, I generally watch or pick and choose what Mod I decide to download and only from this BeamNG site and if any Mod changes the Sims functionality I will uninstall the mod.....which brings me to query my above post showing 'Missions' in the Onomichi....is this legit???....or has something dodgy happened??
Wait, you are not interested in spending more time downloading mods than actually having fun with them? Damn, I am actually the only who does that! Oh wait, are there actually missions on Onomichi map? Didn't know that.
Trying out the mighty little 'Satsuma 210' and some of the variants, what better map than the Onomichi Hiroshima...and it photographs very well
A very busy day at the Import / Export Warehouse shipping variants of the mighty TAZ and Samsuka 210 to happy clients throughout the world.
