We have a thread for the ETS 2 trucks, but what about the lonely Americans or those who have ETS 1? Well, this thread is for all truck simulators, including ATS, ETS, and ETS 2. My trucks: The one I love, drive, and upgrade is a Peterbilt 389 Day Cab making 500HP and 1850 lb/ft of torque, through an 18-speed with retarder on a 6/4 200 gallon frame. Everyone else that works with me (except the ones with a rating of 5+, which get a Peterbilt 389 but I don't have any yet) gets a standard Kenworth W900 Day Cab making 370HP and 1350 lb/ft of torque, through a 13-speed with retarder on a 6/2 200 gallon frame. (No pic because I don't drive it)
This yellow Kenworth W900 was my first truck. Worked pretty well, but just wasn't anything to special. Still was a cool truck, and it made me quite a bit of cash. This is my current truck, a Mack Ultraliner. I traded the W900 and about $45,000 for this thing. When I drove this the first time, I got over $10,000 in speeding tickets because of how much power this thing has. I also ended up paying $5,600 to fix it after I ran into two metal road markers at 120 miles per hour. But overall, this thing is extremely fun, because even when you have a trailer, when you hit the gas, it gives you that extra "oomph" right away.
