You did it all wrong. :/You are supposed to go into a massive rant about how mad you are because the frickin' character limit is so damn annoying. Than hide it behind sneaky white text :)

My specs are in my SIG. I plan to upgrade to a 7950 and later crossfire two of em. Just curious if anyone has a 7950 and how well it runs this game. My 6950 gets 45-57fps which is fine but it has its hiccups every now and then. I want some more horsepower.

My sorry joke of a custom-built gaming machine has a Pentium G860 3.0Ghz dual core, 8GB of DDR3-1333 RAM, and a Sapphire HD 7770 Ghz-edition GPU. But I do have the machine set up for easy upgrades whenever I get the money.

I get only 20-30 FPS on Dry Rock Island in BeamNG.drive. :(

My 7950 can max the game out with a little overclock. 2 of them would be overkill unless you are running a high-res display or multiple monitors. Crossfiring down the road does make sense though if games start to be more demanding from having the new consoles be proper x86 for coding.

Easy 60+ fps on highest settings with my 7950. If you get one with proper cooling you can OC it to +1Ghz without problems and get the performance of the 7970 or even better.

Muhhahaha, i bought these last week :3 Retro FTW! :D

    originalslika_Toshiba-Portege-3010CT-32268769.jpg

10" Toshiba Portrege, 800x600 screen resolution, 266Mhz Pentium WITH mmx support, 32MB EDO SDRAM @ 66Mhz, 2MB Video adapter, 1x USB :)D) and of course Windows98 Ready (and also included :D), and it has a whopping 2GB 4200RPM hard drive! PURE EXCELLENCE! :D
+ PCMCIA TV-tuner (specifically for this machine), an (original) external PCMCIA CD-ROM, and the original adapter + a working battery. Flawless for a music and/or tv "station", and due to its small size, it might end up as a car audio replacement, well built in the center console, powered by a 12V travel adapter ;)

Cost about $15, worth much more :D

17" ST-1700, screen resolution @ 1280x1024, 996Mhz VIA Nehemiah (WITH 3DNOW! support :D), 480MB SDRAM, S3G UniChrome IGP 8-64MB shared memory, built in Wi-fi, 18GB Hard Disk, with Windows XP Pro SP2 (original included), and everything original including the adapter and even the box its packed in. Ideal for being a net-top, and a general net surfing machine due to its moderate screen size, and small dimensions :) It eaven got a smartcard reader as a bonus :D

Cost exactly the same as the above laptop did, and its worth at least that much too :)

Lol, my other machines are in my sig :D

Specs in my Sig. Runs BeamNG on lowest settings on the menu @ 150+ FPS, but as soon as I go onto a map (Even Grid Map) I get <60 FPS. Must be because of my VRAM.

Actually, that's because you have a weak CPU. If your GPU was the problem then you'd get low framerates in the menu, too.

I was planning to do a rebuild but keep a few things anyway.

I'm getting a nVidia card because I heard it works better with BeamNG.
