i have to say that this is possibly the greatest mod to ever bless this forum, i've been waiting for something this good for years
After quite a while of disappearing, I just want to say, I´m still alive. I´m currently in the pretty stressful situation, that I have to find a job or decide, what I want to do. I had to cancel my original idea, because a few days ago, I received an Email from the position, I already got the acceptance, asking about my driving license. I don´t have one, I plan to make it in september. So I had to tell them, I´ve got none so far and they simply said, okay, then we have to cancel you. Now I moved all levers, to still find a place, where I can work and still have social security and it´s basically way to late, to do this (everything starts in september). But I didn´t forgot about the Warnhorst and, to shorten the wait, I decided, I will upload the legacy version of it soon, after adding proper textures and improving some minor stuff. I should be able, to upload the file around this evening (CEST). This way, you can enjoy a rough version of the Warnhorst in all its eastern european, janky glory. Well then, see you on evening!
That's less than ideal... I hope you find a stable job so that you don't have to stress too much this year. I appreciate all the work you put into this little German nugget, It is truly quite impressive considering how many body styles you chose to make. I know it might not seem as impressive as the Hirochi CCF but it's more than most people on the forums could ever do (me included)
Hello? Did I say, it won´t get finished. I have no plans, to cancel this, even if my life sometimes kicks me in my ***. This will be done at some point, maybe not this year, but it will be done! I only will upload the legacy version (which is veeeeery janky and wobbly), to kinda shorten the wait for you. But I will release this eastern european tub on wheels!
Kinda, it´s the pre-rework version, which never had an interior. So the legacy version won´t have one. It´s more like a fun version for screenshots, traffic, because it´s potato-pc-friendly and cruising around not-in-style. The legacy version config list: (I had to include a miscoloured and dented door) It might be, that the Pickup and the Cabrio body styles won´t be added in the reworked version, but there the overall quality will be massively improved!
Just hopping it gets an interior and more details to make it look more like a beamng mod rather than an automation mod
It broke down... Here is the legacy version: pros: - Trabant - scratch-made JBeam - working lights - openables cons: - no interior - janky and wobbly jbeam - overall very janky Credits: @Agent_Y: Softtop JBeam help (thank you!) me: the rest Enjoy it as a little foretaste of what is hopefully coming!
Hey! The only long-time-iv'e-looked-forward-too mod that isn't canceled or on hold! Good job and keep it up!
Best wishes, Schmitti And I want to apologize for offending you and starting a huge argument on this thread. I did something terrible and didn’t mean to do it. It was my fault and I will never do it again, regardless of which direction the mod is heading.
