I had one of those IRL. Its a car... Glad to see someone took on the thankless task of bringing it to Beam.
What's the problem ? If it's like that , it may be for a reason, and in that case , if there were not much EU modders , then beamng would probably have a 100 Time less mod , so beamng would have more Limited possibilities
His time, his choice mate, doesn't need some random person on the internet told him what to do and when Plus, unless one is doing modding as a living (ie. paid mods, Patreon, etc.) even more so then. Don't create expectation cos people who create mods don't owe anything to anyone, it's just fun
I already thought about this. There would be the option, to seperate the exterior (duroplast) parts in smaller bits and assign different groups to them in the JBeam files (this way, the whole for example fender will still appear in the vehicle customization) when damaged, the individual parts would seperate, but this is surely pretty performance hungry, because then, the JBeam is way more detailed. I will look, which solution fits the best in the end.
Finally, the drivetrain and the engine are done! It took me around one week, with little free time, due to exam preperation, but I´m very happy, how everything turns out. Everything is modeled frome scratch. Details will follow, when I create the textures.
Jajablocks has made duroplast parts for the Piccolina previously in their Last Edition Piccolina pack. Maybe you could contact them about how they did it?
