Thanks to @synsol and @meywue as always for being awesome and helping expedite the hosting of the map update.
This version online now should be bug free and won't need the patch anymore (I will take the 70mb patch down tomorrow).
Do enjoy, and let me know if you find any stupid bugs or if the AI is exceedingly stupid (aside of on/off ramps, this is known, will fix those as a lane-disable feature on the AI routing is not 'used' by the AI's brains yet). So sometimes the AI makes TWO lanes out of one lane, drives down the shoulder, falls off / eats a sign, etc.

Please keep in mind this is a work in progress, and there will be more taxi-ways added to the bottom right of the last shot along the first 3 concourses of length of the runway, and more detail added near the road.

Almost forgot, sea-wall concept is in with a new texture. I still have to unstrech the texture a bit and add the rest of the detailing, so it doesn't look like a very long desk :x So anyways, that's the textures they will use though.
This work tonight is for the pilots in all of us.
Gotta shut this down as big storm is coming in AGAIN.
Enjoy the newest update of Los Injurus. Those on the supporter beta won't need to download this repository update as it's the same one.

I would 100% see that you've gotten a good download, by re-downloading the map again, and clearing cache then trying to load it.
I have had other testers confirm that it is working, and does not show the errors you posted. In-fact, there's some no-textures were there isn't a texture at all!

If it still does not work, please send me your documents/beamng.drive/beamng.log file after opening the game, attempting to load the map, and getting the error, then closing the game.
Please include a copy of your system hardware (just type it in), what processor, how much ram, what video card (and how much video card memory you have - VRAM for short), and the settings you used in the game. Most helpful is your video card and driver version used.
Google how to find said info if unsure, or just leave it out and I will try to wing it.

It's working fine here, just do the recommended re-subscribe and cache-delete and it'll work.

Hey bob.blunderton. Here's a dumb question. What would happen if you tried to download this map on a slow and low memory iPod or laptop without a forum account?

Sorry if my question was dumb =(

I've been busy working on the map, re-sculpting and re-detailing the terrain, one new road at a time. Yes, new roads, a few miles of the precisely, all expanding the existing town. As stated before, this will be like the Hollywood Hills area, with lots of cliff-side / hillside homes.

I've made dutifully sure not to remove all the cliffs, as that's the character of the map there. I don't want to kill over everything while paving paradise and putting up a parking lot. That being said I'd rather be driving past lots of homes and other interesting immersive things VS a desert of nothing.
The lighter colored roads are the major through-routes, that collect traffic off the darker side roads and lead them to other parts of the city and the highway.
So yes, in the near future, there will be more pictures of homes and completed roads as I build/add them in. Not all roads have been plotted here, obviously.

Sometime around February 1st or 2nd I'd like to release the next supporter beta. The next update to the repository version (barring some serious bug, or breaking with a game update - though unlikely) will be in mid-March. The following supporter updates will generally be every 2.5~3 weeks there-after.
    Release schedule:
Supporter betas on Feb 1, Feb 22, March 14th or so, then supporter beta from March 14th will hit the repository around the 18th~20th or so.
I will try to keep within a few days to a week of my scheduled release dates. I figured I'd list them so folks know.

@GWMan iDunno anything about those Apple iPod, iPhone, iSore or iInfection devices, other then they're way overpriced and I would never need something like that in my life.
On that subject: A computer here at home is good enough for me. I would hate having something with me that beeped and dinged for attention constantly. When I am out and about in life, away from home, I'm glad I don't have a computer on or with me, or a phone (I take one with when I go on long trips out of town of-course), but otherwise, I'd rather not be bothered. I am glad to immerse myself in the surroundings when I am out, and need to be fully aware of them to make sure I stay alive. Sure maybe a smart phone is handy for some, but I don't anything fancy like iStuff when I'm almost 40 years old. I missed the whole phone-zombie culture that is today (sorry if I offended anyone, I didn't mean it that way). I'm the type of person who socializes when I am out, not buried in phone or misc similar devices when I could be interacting with people. I guess I'm just glad when I have enough mobility on good days to get the heck out of the house, being physically disabled and all that. It's scientifically proven to be much healthier and much less depressing, too, to be away from all devices for a set time, like time spent out of the house. Of course if you have grown kids, sick relatives, or an overly-possessive wife, that might not be reality for some folks.
    --That is all.

Slowly more of the map gets done.

Big road texture quality bump on the new areas...and the new area is 'half done'. There's not even any trees/bushes/rocks in yet.
Added correctly spaced broken white lines for dividing lanes in identical directions
Added correctly spaced double yellow suicide lane (central left turn lane) striping.
Added orange diagonal 'you no drive here' warning stripes (a re-color from the white ones already in the game).
The new areas use terrain for road base, with details added in later, and piece-meal curbing added where necessary. While much longer to lay out, and detail, provides much more visible detail and variety in the long run. That being said I'm not about to rip up all the existing roads to 'upgrade' them when I can do that with a texture swap. This 'terrain as road base' using the 'sidewalks only road kit', is also what I used over towards the abandoned mall.
Lots more coming in the near future, though I will have to make up some new houses in short order.
--- Post updated cause this open-source forum engine = poo ---
OOPS! BUG! There's not supposed to be an odd chunk of AI-only road over here. Found this by accident. Likely from the old highway alignment before I redid this interchange.

AI routes in my map are deliberately transparent to the eye, since due to the complicated nature of the way I create roads (much like the developers), it's easier (and has always been) to make the AI on it's own dedicated route. So sometimes I lose one or two - and find them - eventually.

A bit stagnant right now as I hit a max AI nodes bug again. I have filed a report, and personally contacted the ever-so-kind staff about it.
Also, my health is complete TRASH right now, so I've taken a day or two break from things so don't mind me.

Got really sick from black mold (it was growing in my NOSE! YUCK! Q'tips to the rescue) after fixing the washing machine, stupid front-loader washers, high-efficiency my hide. Highly efficient at giving said repair man a day+ long migraine. Ugh. Still getting random sweats and chills, could be unrelated though.
Yes, cleaning your nose regularly with Q-tips is the secret to better health and fending off sinus infections. Had managed to suck up a large 3" long dog hair up there one day in 2015 and had a migraine for 3 days until I fished it out (yes with a Q-tip). Foreign things sucked in there by simply breathing can irritate your sinuses and those line your face, so inflamed sinuses / irritated sinuses / infected sinuses will give you nasty migraines.

Sorry for slacking a bit. I'll be back on the rails in another day or two.
Next supporter beta still comes one week from this weekend (day or two following). Jan 31st ~ Feb 2nd or there-abouts.
Should the AI bug not be solved by then I will temporarily disabled some older less-used roads further from the city that haven't been re-done yet until it's fixed. This will work-around the bug and make it so that the AI continues to work.

I'm sorry your health is trash right now, plus I can't even imagine what it would be like to have black mold growing in your nose. I hope you feel better =)

By the way, I have a question for you.

Have you consider doing any expansions to the size of the Los Injurus Mall or no?

That won't be the only mall. That's all I can say about that right now. There will be more detail to the existing mall, too.

I have conquered the black mold issue in my snout - Q-tips saved the day, your body can fight what little <5% you can't fish out. I was laying on the floor behind a mold-filled machine, in a mold-prone area. Your nose is your body's filter, basically. Let that get all messed up and your going to open the door to a whole host of issues (sinus infections, frequent or even sustained migraines, light headed/dizzy and in the case of black mold, if left go, a hospital visit). Most people can use various solutions that are available over the counter to combat that stuff which you can apply. Warning: BLACK MOLD can kill you. This isn't the first time, likely not the last, this has happened to me.
If you or anyone who reads this happens to work around or upon something filled with mold, wear a respirator or at-least a paper mask, or do so in a well ventilated (outside! or open garage) area. Using soapy water or a mold-killing spray can help keep the dust down, too, so there's less to breathe in.

Thanks for answering my question. I'm glad you conquered the black mold issue in your nose.

Anyways, I have 3 questions for you.

    1. Is the other mall you're going to add going to be open or abandoned?
    2. Are you going to add elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and possibly colleges with parody names like Devroy University (which is a parody of Devry University that The Daily Show With Trevor Noah joked about) to Los Injurus?
    3. Speaking of colleges, do you think that people can be successful without a college degree?

This post is significantly off topic: (I'll still keep it as it may help folks)
A degree gets you in the door much easier, as can military service. Military (in 'Murica) will often pay for schooling, too.
So if you're less fortunate in your up-bringing, then maybe you can get in that way and not have a ton of debt. College isn't worth 20 years of debt, unless you're going to be a doctor/lawyer/very very high wage earner.
Provided the college is accredited (so that credits count if you switch colleges), you can further refine your fields of interest as you learn. A degree without a true understanding of what you're doing won't be the one-size fits all fix for you, unless you really can prove you're a cut above the rest. Just make sure you go to a reputable college (if not, try cheaper community college) that can guarantee placement, as a degree without placement only gets you debt.
Make sure you can pay back the loans once you start working, without starving, and make sure you don't have to start paying until you're done with college and have hit the work-force. Many folks load up credits and get fancy diplomas and work a nice career with modest pay, ending up with the same amount of leftover cash as a Starbucks Barista. Don't be that person.
I wish I could have gone to college, so if you can, please do. Just get the raw figures on what you'll be paying back, and what the industry standard wage is for the positions you'd like to work towards getting... so you don't end up living in mom's basement for 10 years trying to get out from being underwater in a college loan debt.
Also, some places especially better paying employers will want experience in the field that can be verified. So make sure to look into places first and see what the hiring requirements are on the resumes. Just don't ask me to do the Resume. I absolute am the world-class failure at them - but that's okay - I can barely leave my house these days. I don't think it will matter much.
Also handy to ask self about life after college when you start working:
What will you make on a job you're looking at getting?
Will you make enough to live comfortably with the job you want and the life you want to have?
What kind of living situation can I afford with one week's check of this job and will you be happy with it?
Rent is figured at 25~30% of ones income. Nicer places to rent require you to make more money.
What kind of payment on a vehicle, insurance, and gas included (especially if it's a pig) will I have during all this?
Buy a Toyota that sips gas and runs forever, they're great at making simple appliance A-to-B vehicles and why they're a successful company. You can find them cheaper at police or insurance auctions if you're handy with body work these can be a steal, just avoid frame damage between front and back axles. Or take easy (expensive) way and buy a new one, or off-lease vehicle, IF it's affordable to you.
Groceries, Insurance, 'fun money' for PC stuff, money to pay for children you wish to have in the future, must all be factored in. Or be like me and live far below your means to invest a wad of cash in AMD stock when it was 1.65$~1.92$ several years ago when I first heard about the coming Ryzen releases. It's now gone up to 50~53$ or so, the highest it's ever been. It was 10$ a year ago. Don't buy now though, it will go back down a bit before it goes back up as they release things. Just DON'T buy intel stock right now.
College can be a great investment. Or it can be your biggest regret. If you go into it, just make sure to commit to it and stick with it. Once you sign the papers on a loan, it's generally too late to turn back.
Try not to depend on income of a significant other if you're planning your financial future, unless you're already happily married and have no troubles or issues. You don't want A match made in Hades to put the brakes on your life any more than it normally would.
No one wants to live in a box, boxes belong in moving trucks, with pianos; not as homes.
--Good luck and I wish you the best on it!

    On-topic:
There's two almost-identical schools (they're not 100% identical) in the map already. They're not named and not grade specific. I might name them one day, there WILL be more.
There will be more abandoned malls and possibly one still in service, or two, I don't know 100%. Depends on how FPS is and how the map flow is. They won't be the most fancy mall ever, but they'll be immersive enough to not look like the mall I made in ZDoom/GZDoom 15 years ago. I'll try my best not to fill this one with Cacodemons. No promises.

Right now, I have a plan to make entertainment, but I don't know if that's an actual sustainable career. I don't want to be a scientist or a doctor and I'm not sure about being a lawyer. My dad didn't go to college, but he did go to some kind of trade school or whatever and he works at a steel mill. By the way, my mom told me that my dad makes more money then then uncle who did go to college and has 2 degrees. By the way, my uncle is a professor/teacher.

Also, do you know anyone that is moderately successful that doesn't have a college degree?
    --- Post updated ---
By the way, does anyone have good job recommendations without college?
