Wounding if there was a fix for this when i spawn the preset truck or i do it manually this happens. I also downloaded the leastest version hes as
D-up 029 preview. Notes: Added back a missing 19x10 front wheel (oops!). Now there are 8 actual wheel parts added - 7 front and 1 rear. Refreshed all 8 wheels to v0.18.4 jbeams. Added 42in and 38in "Crawler" tires (the clean ones) for all 15x8, 16x8, 17x9, and 19x10 rims. Added 36in "Crawler" tires (the dusty ones) for all 15x8, 16x8, 17x9, and 19x10 rims. Added 27x10 Mud Terrain tires for all 15x8 rims. Added 29x10.5 All-Terrain tires for all 15x9 rims. Refreshed all 107 tires to v0.18.4 jbeams. Replaced outdated "pickup_framefront" and "pickup_framebed" node groups with "pickup_frame" group for all body lift part flexbodies. Refreshed Standard, Extended, and Crew frames to v0.18.4 jbeams. Refreshed "Offroad Bumper - Narrow" to v0.18.4 jbeam. Refreshed bobbed frames to v0.18.4 jbeam. Renamed bobbed frames from "Shortened" to "Bobbed" to avoid confusion with "Short" frame. Replaced many instances of nodeOffset with nodeMove. Since I'm not using the x-axis, this makes very little difference except that it fixes the roofrack lights. I didn't look into why it fixes those. Removed for now: Configs (all outdated). Cab-mounted fuel tanks are broken and probably need a full re-tooling. I may look into improving these in the future. All Roamer stuff. All lowered suspension components. Rollpan. I don't necessarily plan to bring this back now that there is an official rollpan. Spaced Out 22 preview. Notes: Updated LUT for 6-lug offroad offset Moved to using new jbeam variable expressions, resulting in a 90% reduction in parts generation and a 75% reduction in processing time. There may still be a lot of refactoring in the near future, please do not build anything which depends on this right now. Improved compatibility with mods which place non-tire parts in the \common\parts directory. Mods with parts in inaccurate paths may still cause spacers to appear where they should not.
torsion updated D-up with a new update entry: Initial v0.18 support + new content Read the rest of this update entry...
Is it only me, or does this mod make the crew cab rear doors to fall off? When removing this mod, it stopped happening. Maybe incompatible with another mod?
The rear doors are definitely fine with just D-up. I can't easily imagine an incompatibility with another mod either. Maybe post a list of the mods you have installed, or a beamng.log file.
What should I do if I try to spawn a truck and it freezes my game? Lol --- Post updated --- Because this happens with this mod
1. enable the mod 2. follow the process which causes the game to freeze 3. locate your beamng.log (it gets replaced when you run the game again, so don't do that) 4. attach your beamng.log to your next post here You can find the log in your documents folder, something like Documents\BeamNG.drive\beamng.log We can analyse that to try and pinpoint the issue.
Thanks, that helps. In your log I see a few things. 1. There are some log errors or warnings from other mods. Buggy/old/incomplete mods can sometimes cause problems, but I'm not immediately suspicious that this is the problem here. 2. Some stuff is duplicated - you've either got both old and new copies of the same mod installed, or something else bad is happening. 3. Looks like the crash happens during config loading. The main 2 things to watch out for here are (a) the pickup just got completely overhauled by the developers in BeamNG V0.18 (b) a while back the config format changed and compatibility isn't perfect - especially if something was already wrong with the old config. Since the crash seems to happen during config loading, I'd definitely suspect an old/corrupt/invalid config. Please set your default config to something else, then build a new config by starting with one of the official configs and working from there.
