You can just check out Forum threads. It’s that damn simple.

    Okay.

    • Home Tab — The introductory tab for BeamNG GmbH and their tech. Contains a bunch of boilerplate information about the game and technology, but is ultimately disconnected from the forums, hence the unique design.
    • News Tab (also called 'Devblog' from the forum tabs) — Contains all major announcements, including update changelogs, modding and video contests, and the odd development featurette. Note that in spite of the name 'devblog,' this section ONLY contains major news about concrete development, rather than smaller details like teasers or work-in-progress (WIP) features.
    • Forums Tab — The forums themselves, obvs. Broken down into 5 categories, containing a total of 24 subforums:
    • Mods Tab — BeamNG's mod repository, often called the Repository or Repo for short. Much like the Mods forum category above, this section can let mod makers showcase their work, and it can be filtered by the various types of mods. However, unlike the Mods category, it also includes the ability to filter mods by a number of metrics, to view the reviews and analytics of individual mods, to fully install mods with the click of a button, and to subscribe to mods, automatically updating the mod to the most recent version upon game startup. There is also a degree of anti-virus scanning that goes into repository mods before they are manually approved and uploaded, so they are generally safer than those uploaded to the forums proper.
    • BeamNG Documentation (also called 'Wiki' from the forum tabs). A (currently) WIP section dedicated to detailing every single thing in the game. Includes info blurbs about all of the official content, tips on how to get started, hardware suggestions and support, and a breakdown of modding types and workflows, to name but a few functions. Some of the information near the bottom of the main documentation page is dedicated to BeamNG.tech (the professional industry build of BeamNG.drive), and may not be applicable to your experience.
    • BeamNG Discord — I don't personally use BeamNG's Discord server, so I can't tell you much about how it works or what goes on here. But, it's freely accessible from the tab at the top of the page.
    • Forum Rules — A complete breakdown of the standards of conduct and moderation policies here on the forums.
    • What's New? — Just a special filter for the forums, to show what threads have most recently shown signs of activity.
Aaaand, that's pretty much it. I'll update this post when/if I think of anything else I forgot. In the meantime, welcome to the forums :)

    • The forum's search feature isn't exactly the best. In some cases, it may prove easier to do a Google search for what you're looking for, and just add 'BeamNG' into the search box.

    1. Since Repository mods have been manually approved by BeamNG staff, the company may not be willing to accept the risk of implicitly giving their seal of approval to something that contains mature content, or features real-world companies and their logos.

Additionally, some modders may sell their mods for a small charge. Since the Repository doesn't support purchases, many modders will only offer downloads through links on their thread. Though they will often upload a demo version for free on the Repository.
    2. The Official Content subforum contains threads for most, but not all, official vehicles, due in part to a bug that happened when the forum switched to XenForo, its current forum platform. Some pages, such as the one for the Pigeon, were accidentally deleted.

    Thanks

One thing I found out is that the repo does not allow users to upload copyrighted things;however, rebrand the car to a fictional one may be allowed

And the models must be yours or taken with permission, if it isnt yours and you dont give credit that is stealing.

I will make a 100% fictional car, so I think the model is mine. If I finish I may upload on repo. Sadly idk how to use Blender.
I also created a thread asking users to show me how to make mods. It is being awaited for moderation
