Does Dry Rock Island perform worse than Hirochi raceway for you? I did test Dry Rock Island and it seems to run as well or even bit faster than Hirochi raceway for me, Brittle rock Island seems to run around 20fps faster than Dry Rock Island, but also logging company has taken lot of trees. So I'm wondering what could be behind poor performance of Dry Rock Island, maybe some graphics setting kills performance or maybe it depends from hardware? As there is good visibility to sea at Brittle Rock Island, maybe you could set up 2d boats or something to distance, maybe girl or two to beach?
At time Dry Rock Island runs better than Hirochi Raceway, while at other times it runs worse. Dry Rock Island is a mess anyways, since it being abandoned. Due to the plants, objects, and lack of optimization, the map runs horribly, and that's why I created this map, to increase FPS, improve the map, and fix the annoying things.
I wanted to get your opinion on this topic. Should I add more trees & plants? Yes or No, and let me know why down below.
I think that with less vegetation it offers good performing map for those with weaker computers, adding vegetation might be bad as there are less maps that run as fast with weaker machine.
I was unaware that my map was loading resources from Dry Rock Island, and now with DRI gone in 0.9, the map is broken. I will get a patch out ASAP.

Although, I know why most of the map is deforested, I would still kind of like some of it to be brought back, if possible, some type of medium between how densely populated DRI was, and how BRI is now. Also, regarding the houses being too FPS intensive, wouldn't it be possible to replace them with the assets from ECUSA?
It possible I can replace the houses. Now as for the vegetation, I do agree, but the forest is much of the problem because of the FPS impact it has. I'm thinking of including more than one version, but nothing is set in stone yet.
I think that ECA buildings are quite heavy, maybe heaviest in vanilla game? I haven't tested, but I would think that using LODs might help quite a bit, for over 1000m or 500m range you could make just few polygons or maybe just single polygon, so what is near can cover what is far and far don't need to be visually much more than a simple plane because most likely one won't see such or even if seen it would be too far to see details, especially if one plays with DOF enabled as quite many probably do.

Hey guys, I would like if you can help me out. I want to make scenarios, and quickraces for this map, but I don't have a lot of time to do so. I am asking you all if you want to help out, and contribute to my mods. I need people to make scenarios, and quickraces so I can add them in.
