Beta Allison Transmission megapack 2.8

Corrected the torque converter slot type for the Allison MTB 643 & MTB 653DR on the Gavril T-Series.

For some reason the Allison 3000 Series transmission was never added to the Wentward Citybus.

The Allison 3000 Series has also been added to the Wentward Pack mod by DaddelZeit

I've also adjusted some things here and there, if you see duplicated transmissions try unsubscribing from the mod and then resubscribing to the mod to let it redownload the mod entirely.
