Fixes & Improvements

- Removed the CYR MK2 Pessima, as it has been replaced with the GM version
- Remade the Sanitation D-Series, & MD-Series
- Added the missing thumbnails of some configs
- Remade the BCPD Emousse config
- Moved all Police Barrier content to a standalone mod
- Removed the Sanitation H-Series, Lens Flare D55 config and the "urentd55" PC file
- Moved the BCPD Wendover, LeGrans, and 98-05 Spec CVPI to the Retro BCPD Skinpack
- Updated the BCPD MTL and Armored MD70 to have full blue lightbars
- Removed the Westrans Median skin
