Unsupported Sheas Bluff r44

Changes:

• "Hillclimb Stage 1" no longer requires bnse (support for bnse is planned for a future release)
• "Hillclimb Stage 2" is now completable (modified final off-camber turn/ascent area)
• "Blind Faith" is now completable (modified initial two ascents)
• Removed hole in terrain (oops!)

Known issues:

• Large orange "No Texture" swatches where some decals should be
• "Hillclimb Stage 3" hangs game.
