Thailand License Plate Pack (Remastered) 2.1.86IMP

This update adds Taxi plates for 1975-1997 version* (Black text, Yellow background.) and delete some unused files I made long ago.

And yes, thanks for the 2k+ Downloads (which is more than the original MashedPotatonator's plates...) I don't know how to say this but... Thank you^^

*Thailand Taxi Skin for Old Pessima are not included yet. (But they're coming soon when it's ready)
