    Seriously guys? If you have nothing to do other than complain that you have to wait a few hours for a game update, then that's just sad.

    @cbrider, like I posted in the list the node/beam debug doesn't work with key shortcuts, it has to be done from GUI.

    Oh come on, they're doing their best. finally happy to have the update, instabilities or no... this is an alpha release. Stop bitching. I swear I'm about to take a long break from this forum. The nanosecond the devs open up the development, let us know whats going on and even release regular updates all they get is bitching about it. I'm sick of you all.

    I have an issue where I cannot turn on the headlights or the turn signals on using my keyboard (there's probably more things not working but I noticed these so far). The game itself does recieve correct input (checked via the input>hardware panel) and I can also turn the lights on by clicking the icons on the dashboard indicator UI app. I also deleted the cache. Otherwise I love the update and I appreciate the hard work devs put into this game.

    Some of you are such self entitled people...

    The devs managed to make a whole new ui in the space of 1 update, double my frame rate, fix and improve the AI, full control mapping, better graphics options and add 2 new vehicles, to name a few. I would be stupid to complain about it.

    Also you need to realise that these bugs happened after uploading to steam, not before. They would have said if the parts selector, etc was broken. Have some patience..

    Anyways on the bug report side of things I've noticed some of the UI sliders are a little finicky. eg fog will remain somewhat visible once you adjust the slider, even when you set it to the lowest value on the slider again. (You may have known about this bug anyway of course.)

    @All posts above me: I agree with all of you, complaining about broken things in an ALPHA game is rude and unnecessary, try and say it in a nice, encouraging way not a "MY GAME IS BROKEN SCREW YOU DEVS YOU SUCK" :|

    Thanks, at least there's a way to do it (more complicated than before), but without the free camera it's a pain in the ass to work on nodes and beams, I don't understand why they've removed that feature now.

    Free camera being 'removed' wasn't intentional. It was working when the build was pushed to steam, but somehow broke for everyone.

    I don't know why it's different for you but free camera works fine for me. I did do a complete re install mind and all the keyboard shortcuts worked again so maybe try that. Also, in the debug menu there's the option for free camera.

    HOLY HELL!! A whole shit-load of you people just lost all of the reputation you had! I mean really. This is a FRIGGIN' ALPHA! We paid these few devs to own and test the game and report bugs. Not THROW SHIT AT THE DEVS SAYING: "YOU GUYS ARE SO STUPID! Why are you releasing updates? its not like we constantly beg for them!!!!!!"

    JEEZ.

    An update comes out. We get 2 new cars, Brand new re-worked AI, Brand new re-worked UI, Brand new 64 bit support, and a whole lot more.

    And you complain. INSTANTLY.

    I for one am extremely thankful for this update, and the hard work that went into it.

    Do not bite the hand that feeds you. New content brings new bugs, which will be discovered by us, and fixed by the amazing devs, when we let them know about bugs, don't act like it's a offence to the world! All games have bugs at one point or another.

    Please be thankful for the crapton of work the devs do, and be respectful.

    If this makes you angry, go outside and think about how much of an idiot you are.

    It's a bug report thread, comment on the dev blog how much you appreciate their efforts.

    It is actually possible to calmly and without tone or attitude, be able to report a bug without using big font or 30 emoticons.
    Don't ask why it doesn't work, simply reply with what you have discovered may not be working properly.

    Comments like, "I'm sick of you all" or "it's pathetic" do nothing and help no-one. Threatening to leave a forum? Really, is that a promise or a threat? Get off your high horses ffs. Or just go outside and stop being keyboard gods for 5 minutes.

    And really is it any surprise that some complaints sound like they come from kids with broken toys, geez I wonder why that could be. Christ sakes. This forum is morbid fascination, personified.

    wasnt in op, so i guess no one has reported, but for some odd reason half my controls do absolutley nothing, they are in the input map and the in-game gui for editing the input map says that these keys do what they are supposed to, but they just don't work whatsoever

    for example, the headlight and blinker controls

    Hey guys,

    Nothing is happening for me when I press F11 to bring up the editor. I am working on what I think is a very exciting project Beam-NG-Board-Game and after lots of concept testing I now need to start building a half decent board to carry out further play-testing on. Would love for this to be fixed soon but I apprieciate that it's one of many troubles at this moment so, hang in there team ;)

    Delete your BeamNG Documents folder (might remove some mods) I had the same issue as you, Deleting BeamNG.Drive's Documents folder fixes it

    I love the update!

    Though i have the same bugs.
    And i cant seem to get a second car now, where can i spawn new cars and where did the AI go to?

    if that fixes it then it's probably something wrong with the "settings" folder inside the beamng documents folder, not the beamng documents folder itself

    Figured out that spawn a new vehicle is on Debug menu.

    FOV cant be changed.
    Free cam works for me.

    As it has been said, for those of you that half the controls don't work, go to the Beamng documents folder, and delete the settings folder (I think that's the important one to remove).
    Now everything works fine for me :). The free camera, the slow-mo, head-lights, debug tools, firing the cannon etc..
    A lot better now :p, I have literally no complaints :).

    went and tested after i made the post about the settings folder

    if you have problems with some controls not working (inclduing free cam and such) go to your beamng.drive documents folder, and delete the settings folder, you'll have to change your graphics settings back to how you like it, but it shall also fix broken controls
