i get that mate, wouldnt want that either when i would be building such an amazing mod. you definitly got me interested in future updates and even that paid pack you teased
I've spent so much time on this mod, it's absolutely crazy. I love it and you've done an outstanding job. There are a few things i noticed though: If you load up the bed on the biggest one, the load on the last bit "bends" the flatbed and a lot of beams break. The Dash is amazingly high quality, but the Metric Version has a few Bugs. The Rev Counter is incorrect and the Boost Gauge doesn't work. Apart from that - i love it! Edit: Does anyone know of any "smaller" trailer mods? The stock flatbed from the T-Series is a bit too massive IMHO
Yeah the flatbed is not as long as the T series bed however it's got the same load options; I don't advise using the biggest loads for it
Front driveshaft is pretty flimsy, though I don't think the Durham was meant for trails, especially not the longest >
You will get it, not sure if soon as I'm taking a break from all modding for an indefinite amount of time
You deserve it! Take your time. What we have currently is amazing. Thanks again And Shados´ trailer is so good.
Unfortunately the only such mod on the forums, AR162B T-series add on, is broken and no longer maintained since AR left the forums. Now if you remove a certain file, it does sort of work again. Be advised that there’s still a lot of bugs and it conflicts with other mods for the T-series. I don’t have the link but if you search for it you should find it pretty quickly. Edit: here is the link: https://www.beamng.com/resources/gavril-t-series-addon.178/ And an explanation of how to fix it: Gavril T-series addon
nice mod 9/10 deffinatly something verry wrong with the steering and axels being bouncy and the tires have little to no grip but everything else is perfect
You can get industrial carriers/rollbacks with both pintle mounts, and a standard receiver for multi hitch methods. Receiver: Pintle mount: Pintle/ball combo:
Fair enough however I'm talking about a flatbed and not the rollback, and the Durham is a measly 90's medium duty compared to the big class 8 trucks you have pictured there. While these may exist irl, they're not in my scope for creation
Then you should just say that instead of falsly claiming it can't exist in real life. There are many ways that exist to add hitches to a flatbed.
Well I'm sorry if my lack of knowledge offended you lol. Though even then, I never said attaching a hitch to a flatbed is impossible, I only said that method of adding a tow hitch would not be feasible, which was bolting a regular hitch onto the narrow rear step. With a proper mount like the ones on your example look and probably are much more rigid to actually support the forces of a trailer being pulled
