Unsolved Anchor nodes and preset position?

    Just a random little question I have. Is there a way to:

    a. Anchor a group of nodes to the world, so that they are static and cannot be moved. Basically nodes with an infinite mass I suppose, but no gravity.

    b. Is there a way to make sure that the 'vehicle' always spawn in a pre-set location.

    This could be used for making, for example a rope bridge. Thanks
