UPDATE v1.2​

• Sunburst, SBR4, Bluebuck, Barstow, H-series and Grand Marshal support
• reworked wipers controller - improved performance, wiper movement is a bit smoother now, wipers mode can be toggled when the game is paused, added separate keybind for rear wiper (alt+Y)
• tweaked wipers in some cars to better follow windshield shape
• fixed wipers on Lansdale overlapping with each other

So, I've seen a lot of wipers implementations (native, mods, etc) for other games and they all support 3 speed (low, med, high).
Also, I do have 2 real-world wiper leverage which do expect 3 speed points, not just 2.
That's why I think this mod should support 3 speed points as well.

How can I activate rear wipers? I can't see them

Make sure the mod is updated to its latest version, and the car has the "Animated Wipers" tailgate/tailgate glass. The default key bind is "Alt + Y". If it doesn't turn on, make sure your Unibody is selected with the "Animated Wipers" unibody.

 

why doesn't it work for me tho? like I have the finally cars spawned and I hit the key bind for the wipers and they don't work?! please help me understand

Same on the wentward, looks like the part doesnt exist

 

@Miata lover can you take in consideration my previous message, to change to 3 speeds instead of 2 speeds?
I mean to have "Off, Slow, Medium, Fast", instead of just "Off, Slow, Fast".
This is to enhance compat with real-world inputs.

 

Sorry, I didn't notice your previous message. I will add the medium speed in next update.
I also want to redo the controller with adjustable wiper speed and "sleep" time, but that will take some time since I'm still learning

Great mod, but would you consider adding water effects on windshields? Like drive clubs water effects maybe?
