Testers assumed inputmaps for rear steering weren't working, while they do work indeed, but only in combination with the specific part.

after working this long and hard on it, it really is a mood killer.

how would you get around this? just have a more descriptive section on how to control it? or does something with the mod need to actually be changed?

Well I shouldn't be fixing this: they should implement situational inputmaps so that keybindings only show up when needed.

My inputmap descriptions clearly state that G and H controls are only meant for Independent Rear Steering.

so what's the fix? no independent rear steering, or no automatic rear steering?

or some more streamlined way to have both?

    Neither.

The mod itself is ok, I think. It will probably go through the queue again next week.

They don't process mods during the weekend.

And I believe they are going to have their hands full with reports caused by the latest game update for a while.

If I get the revamped mod, will it interfere with this groups truck or no?

Unlikely, I'm yet to finalize the body pack.

They'll probably work just fine, with the prerequisite of the aforementioned addon.

Would it be possible for me to include some of the bodies in my pack or no?

No need, all the current bodies are being repacked into an optional pack.

Your trucks should all work right off the bat.

You might have to adapt node positioning to the new standard if any of your JBeam files include beamed parts.
