Just my personal opinion....I do not as they are hard to show the detail / shape of the Rims in a general screenshot with default lighting as the Black Rims generally get lost next to the Black tires,...as per your attached screenshots show

You and other modders supply fantastic looking Rims with your vehicles... I like to show them off as well with Colored / Two Tone / Brushed Metal and the awesome Chrome rims

However that is not to say I would not choose Black Rims if I was pairing them with old school 'White Wall' Tires'...just my 2 cents

The Civetta museum, in Casteletto, Italy
an amazing museum located in a historical castle.

Staple cars include this 2004 Mondello Corse.

And this amazing Bolide, in which the speed record for production cars was beaten.

There is also this Scintilla race car, located in a smaller courtyard.

The whole museum is well worth a visit, if you are nearby.
