WIP Beta released d15 Prerunner/Truggy UPDATE 1-9-19

Last progress update was February 8, which was not too long ago.

He is busy with work and personal life, however that does mean the mod is dead. Just on hold for now - There is a difference.

He even specifically stated the mod is not dead.

 

ah, i see that now. just figured it was dead as it has been months since he's posted anything.

 

It may not be a big pack or even come with much in the way of custom parts, but its probably one of the most fun and most capable crawlers I've come across that isn't outdated. It's compatible with most of the other D-series mods i've got loaded at the moment, such as the Bandito (for the Fascia) most liveries i've tried work, and WHEELS/TYRES too!! (some may clip and 1 wheelset i have will actually crash the game when installed on any variant in this pack, i have yet to find the culprit mod however)

TLDR: DO IT! Try it out on 4x4 Island or Crawl Central, it'll be fun, you know you want to, just do it

 

I know its bad juju to bump older posts and I did it twice now, but I made a SHOWCASE for this mod + demonstrated compatibility with other mods. Thank you, sorry, watch this and forget about this bump..

The bodies of all the trucks in the video are from the mod this thread is for, I only added skins, tyres and tunes to the last 2 really...

damn sad it is not on the Normal chassis. would be sick. like a baja stlyed Bed

 

You CAN change the chassis to use the parts tho, its selectable in the vehicle setup tab for every D-series truck. The Truggy is also compatible with *MOST* D-series mods including mechanical parts, decorative parts and adding passengers.

I didn't say it wasn't possible, I have used most of IYB's pickup parts and the Bandito with this pack without issues.

You CAN do it, You'll just have to edit your build.

 

Yeah the specific Truggy Bed is not compatable

 

You have to change the frame first before you can change the bed yo... The tube frame is a part of the chassis.

On top of that there IS a prerunner config already in this pack, why not just edit IT with the features you want?

 

Sorry for the very very slow update but I've got my computer back up and reworked the rear brakes to add for the stretched rear axle. Do to lost time it's hard to start back up so when I update with the stretched rear axle it may very well be the last.

 

will you make it so we can add any bed to the crawler frame?

(edit) wait no, the entire prerunner frame is broke. this isnt the first time this has happened either

 

The bed for the prerunner: please fix it permanently. every so often the bed works but it mostly is nonexistant

 

sorry for the bump, but since the new update hit, can this be revamped with the new truck suspension
