It's so top secret the developers wrote three long blogs about their workflow...

Also, since the Covet is getting a mini overhaul, can we expect a better engine model, modeled turbo, exhaust options, etc? Especially since the base model is now hosts a carburetor.

Oh yea your right. Also the Covet did get a better engine model in one of the last updates except for a modeled turbo and exhaust options.

here is how I think its done.
    1. draw a concept sketch
    2. create basic model in a modelling program
    3. put basic model into game (jbeam it of course)
    4. work on interior engine and small details
    5.refine jbeam
release model for all to enjoy

See, this sh!t I love this. Do more details like this. And by all means make the in line 6 standard in the grand Marshall already proved it makes a perfect amount of power in it. And include a plastic cheap dash as well rather than the wood. The pickup and all the other vehicles need proper name and model grouping. So in the future when you go to a junk yard to buy a parts car you will be able to say, hey a base d15 could definitely use the wheels off a xlt model! And maybe my grand Marshall needs to the SE model color matched bumpers. Hell. Every car needs good detail models. Really hate how the d15 is broke up in weird sub models.

BTW I meant that there needed to be a late 60s Bruckell muscle car not the other way around.

I'll probably eventually do proper new engine meshes, including turbo and carburetor (the current meshes adapted from the Pessima are kinda placeholder)

I can't wait to make a Sunday cruise through Eastcoast in the Burnside, listening to the Ink Spots, the Chordettes, or maybe the Coasters, while sipping a glass of bourbon.

More Covet improvements. Redid the light textures and modeled a front lip. Also new wheels. Added a "custom" variant in the vein of the custom 200BX - race suspension, turbo, and cool wheels.
