What game version are you running? The rear electric motor is written for 0.20 and up (because I created it post-0.20 release), but it looks like you're possibly running on a version older than that. "jbeamData" was not passed to device reset functions until 0.20.
I have an issue with the Hybrid app were the ECVT app is broken. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2198254390
I haven't maintained that particular app and might actually remove it in the next release; it was an early debugging tool for me that I ended up not using.
Could you add the dial sweep and how the dials go off when you turn the car off? Love the mod, thanks.
It would be outside the scope of this mod, and I would have to write a custom script for each and every car since they all have different dashboards...it's not really feasible.
Ah alright. Just wondering since its one of my favorite features of the mod. Thanks for responding though!
I need to make an important announcement about the next major-version release of the Hybrid mods. I'm going to be migrating all of the hybrid code into a common mod that the ETK and Citybus will both share, in addition to any future hybrid vehicles I release. This means that whenever Version 7.0 is released, it will break unless you install the common mod! I want to give people a heads up (and I'll post something else closer to releasing version 7.0) so that people aren't surprised when the mod auto-updates and suddenly no longer works.
Suggestion: Make some ETKK Hybrid configuration, Can't wait to drive the Hybrid Trackday Another problem is the insufficient utilization of ICE power when the speed is low. Below 80mph the ICE RPM and torque is not high even with full throttle
Is that the race configuration? It looks like it from the amount of power you're showing. You've probably hit maximum torque output already; MG2 is probably maxed out and you're hitting the overall output torque limit without the engine at max power. The race config pulls priority power from the battery until a very low percentage, so it won't pull max engine power at low speeds if you've got battery left.
hey, im running the latest version and the hybrid doesnt work.. even the dashboard isnt working and i cant switch charge and EV mode..
Can you upload your latest log file from when you tried it to a paste site like pastebin or Gist? I won't be able to help at all without logs.

Cool mod, well done. It feels like the sport hybrid is barely putting any power to the rear wheels. I know the Prius rear motor only puts out like 7 hp and 40 ft-tq. Is this similar? I know its putting power down but it doesn't feel like its doing anything. Also I was wondering, does the front and rear diff have to be open or could you make it so it locks or be an LSD? Is this crucial to the hybrid design? Also I know these cars have regen braking, but it seems even in D its always braking making me lose momentum going up a hill even with TC turned off. Thank you.
The rear motor doesn't have a ton of torque, so most of the power still comes from the front of the vehicle. This holds true on all Toyota AWD hybrids in real life as well; it's intended as traction assistance, not the primary source of power. The rear diff doesn't necessarily need to be open, but I don't think locking would make much sense. I'm looking into making it a limited-slip differential instead of straight-up open. I'm not sure what you mean by "always braking" in Drive; it should only be pulling about 5 kW of regen when coasting, which is barely any resistance at all on the wheels. This is what Toyota, Chevy, and most other manufacturers do on their hybrids to mimic the resistance of an engine and automatic transmission when coasting.
