Ah alrighty then, forgot about that. Yeah I've already added those sounds in my version, the unfortunate thing is that an update dropped shortly after I put out the updated version of the Vendetta that had the old method of implementing horns that broke the old method, so my update to add that was basically broken Again thumbnails are staying for now, especially since AFAIK the current version of the thumbnail generator's broken. I'll try to push an update shortly, I just need to fix the reverse lights, transmission layout plates on the interior center console, and a couple other things.
If you want these changes you're gonna have to travel back in time to tell the designers and engineers at GM because the Vendetta was solely based off of the Corvette.
I've given a model touch up to the Vendetta; I've subdivided the wheel wells and smoothed out the curve in the door gap. The reflections are crap, unfortunately fixing that now would 100% ruin the UVs given that I'd need to delete a significant portion of the model and redo it. And at this point, if I'm going to go that far I'm going to make a new model. I've also enlarged the side and rear window trim; I may be able to redo the interior (Which might help salvage the mod for the time being,) given that I can easily remodel that without worrying about destroying anything significant. The front and rear suspension travel has been increased, and has been set to more realistic specs. The only reason I haven't pushed an update yet is due to console errors that need to be cleaned up, and potential issues with installing a new version of the mod over an old version (Auto-update would cause a lot of issues.)
i honestly wouldnt worry about the reflections that much if it requires remodeling the car. its fine how it looks. I would love to see an update soon, as soon as those console errors are sorted. looking good, however!
Glad to see you're still giving this some love, it's a fantastic mod! Keep up the great work, looking forward to the next update.
I can't wait for a vendetta with new engine sounds and proper sway bars. Good work. The reflections aren't too noticeable, I wouldn't worry.
Driv3r1142 updated Gavril Vendetta with a new update entry: Revival update Read the rest of this update entry...
Please let me know if there are any problems getting the mod to work after updating, otherwise enjoy!
testing, will send pic when it works --- Post updated --- @Driv3r1142 got it working again --- Post updated --- the car seems better now, and the engine isnt indestructable that hood camera --- Post updated --- ok, the front breaks nicely now, the back neds some work. the roofcam is a nice addition. i do feel that the enginge is a little to brittle, and should be a little stronger. overall, nice update (also, what do you think of my skin?)
Bug reporting! The exhaust is too soft it jiggles around. Awesome mod by the way! I love it! Same as others said before me, I'm also hoping for an update on the Blue Collar as well! Another issue i see is that i think the camera is a bit too far away! Keep working on this mod! It's really cool! EDIT: A couple more bugs! While the hood seems to fall off too easly, the glass of the doors is almost impossible to break (I haven't been able to) EDIT 2: Also I think the engine breaks too easly (not an expert tho) EDIT 3: When you crash frontally often the lights will deform out of their place and then apart from looking really weird you'll be able to see that they lack normals in the back (yes im testing this mod a lot lol i love how it drives and crashes, hope the feedback helps)
this is a decent mod but.... i believe gravil is acutally ford. nonethe less its a good mod congrats. looks like u worked hard on the textures.
