    CUDA/OpenCL.

    I think tdev had at least made plans to put it into RoR a long time ago since they implemented an OpenCL checker, but I don't think it went anywhere in the stable versions.

    I remember a good while ago you mentioned you planned to have a sound system based around a relativity new concept (the name of which I've forgotten) that calculates sounds in real-time by using the velocity, angle and movement. Are you still planning on implementing this? I look forward to seeing that's for sure :)

    Oh, please tell me there will be more variety in sounds. Right now in the game, all the coffee sounds are the same.

    Im not sure where to put this so I'll just put it here, Does anyone else get instability with the ECA map?

    If I try to spawn a second car on this map the game crashes, the only way to get a 2nd car on the map without it crashing is the old fashioned way of spawning it with the world editor (F11)

    Also if I try to replace the GMs front tires on ECA the game crashes.

    PhysX is just a software API for physics by NVidia. It is not present inside *any* GPU. PhysX can utilise CUDA which is in NVidia cards in order to have GPU acceleration. Its not PhysX that wants adding to BeamNG, its OpenCL or CUDA support you want (I'd vote OpenCL simply because its on pretty much all GPUs).

    CUDA and OpenCL which are both well established technologies. Even my old GTX460 works with current CUDA and OpenCL versions.

    While a lot of things are going on, we finally got rid of the blurry webm videos and replaced them with some 1440p screenshots (not definitive).
    Yale did a great job on the slideshow-carousel thing :)

    Wow - looks great. How about having a comp for people to submit their own screenshots, and the winner's appears in game?

    I'm also stoked to hear that sound is being worked on. Can't wait for the cars to sound like they should. Hopefully skid and collisions sounds will get a look in as well.

    Love this game.

    I always hypothesised japanese and involved in the pacific theatre, no real reason for the assumption though. More a case of I was driving Ibishu and Hirochi stuff on it.

    Working on fixing up the flexbodies, props and materials again after we broke them yesterday after a fundamental design change :)
