As someone else said, I also have the issue of the turbo sound lasting forever after you go out of boost.
Hey R4nking, i love your mod. I just updated it from 2.x Version to the latest and saw that the Exhaust Power Modifier is gone. The Turbo just spools uncontrollably. Back then in the 2.x Version you could set the modifier for example from 25000 to 3000 and the turbo spooled more realistically. Now, if i set the max boost to 0.5 bar, it ramps up to 2 bar and spools down after a few seconds to the desired 0.5. Why did you remove the modifier? Could you bring it back? Would make the whole experience much smoother.
Have you tried turning it off and on again? jkjk... Did you unpack it? Did you check "Additional Modifications"? Did you check "License Plate Design"?
Hello I was wondering if you could add another license plate design slot into the mod itself to make compatibility easier with other mods that depend on the same slot. It would be extremely helpful in configuration making.
hey, I wonder if you'll create models for all the parts. atleast the engines and turbos with their own models with be really good. thx
The only problem I have with this mod is sometimes when attaching the indestructible block, it causes the engines to have no rpm limit. I don't know exactly what causes it like if it's modded engines or something, but on the engines that have the problem, there is no way to fix it without removing the indestructible block. Adding the open ECU wont limit the rpm.
There seems to be a problem with the turbo wastegate, i set it to like 10 psi but the turbocharger builds 40 psi of pressure even with the wastegate set to 10 psi. And yes, i did apply the modification in the tuning tab.
I guess this is a problem which has something to do with an (now unavailable) modifier in the tuning tab, called "Exhaust power". This tells the turbo how fast a specific exhaust quantity could spool up the turbo. This is a fixed value now, i guess, because you can't tune it anymore in the newer versions. This is set very high though, so a little exhaust quantity spools the turbo way higher than it should. This causes the "overboost" you experience. The exhaust spools the turbo way too high and the wastegate can't compensate. i asked for this be re-added in february..
Anyone else wish that the blowoff valve sound should be stock? Also, is it normal to not be able to see any turbos or anything inside the engine bay?
I love your mod, especially as there is no indestructible radiator mod available anymore apparently. I have one request that I really would like to see: please add a slot for changing the car’s license plate design if you use this on the car’s license plate slot. Thank you.
I would need to test around, but last time I tested it, it broke because it would choose the turbo everything part again
What do you mean? You can use the agent y mod always, but not together. But that's since every. You can still use it on the additional modification slot (beside the newest truck and bx, but I will update the mod soon)
