Unmarked Gavril Roamer - When a unmarked Grand Marshal just isn't enough.

DROP FILE INTO MY DOCUMENTS/BEAMNG.DRIVE/MODS AND IT SHOULD WORK.

Since the Roamer doesn't have any official unmarked police variant, I took it upon myself to create one... with a twist.
