If someone here is a bit talented with Photoshop, I think that it would be quite easy to put that new front fascia on an not remastered H-series
okay so You may say it's a theory, and not realistic, but what if the „bigger things” that TDev said refers to stepping out of EA (=Early Access on Steam). Reasons, why this could happen: -Devs (now) don’t follow the 3-months update-cycle -This update looks HUGE – lot of content (They maybe want to release ots of content now in 1-2 update) -The beamng videos no longer have the „Available as early access on steam” text Thoughts?
Doubt it, Beam is a long way from being out of early access. Also, they’re only out of the 3 month cycle because this is going to be the biggest update in a while. I think they’ll return to the 3 month cycle after this one. Also, do we have any predictions as to when the update will release? I know they said mid November but what does that mean? The cars shown in teasers seem pretty complete and they’ve definitely gotten stuff done, so could it be this week?
My money's on either the last 5 days of November or mid-December. The latter seems the most logical to my mind.
To get out of EA they need to finish the career mode, so I don't think so if they are revamping stuff and adding some car. But I don't know if they have being working behind the scens for years now and they got it done. That whould be awesome.
There's also VR support, which, given how much better the game runs now than it did a year ago, we're definitely a lot closer to it being possible again. The team itself is also much larger and more specialized now than it ever was, part of why we're getting so much varied content and backend improvements. Dropping the "Early Access" tag from the trailers might be just as much a sign of how much more fluidly everyone works, as much as it means they're getting close to wrapping up, as much as it could just be for posterity when the game does come out. In any case, I don't think the end of Early Access is going to be the end of Beam's development anyways, there's plenty of projects and games that are fairly popular these days which even after a super long dev cycle, still get major work done to them (Rimworld springs to mind as an example) This is shaping up to be one of the biggest updates ever, regardless of what happens, it's exciting to see.
Probably the same as the current one in the game, just with side doors. (also I'll admit I'm gonna be pissed if they don't add a passenger version with this remaster)
