If were going to nit-pick... bruckell and gavril V8s should sound different. 50s/60s gavril small locks should sound different from big blocks. 80s/90s/00s OHC Gavril motors should atleast be quieter than the older mills. same for 378 and 4.4.
Doesn't mean they can't simply say a few words to either confirm, or deny our endless speculation a matter of weeks before release.
"Mid November earliest" doesn't mean it will be released mid November, it could be released in December.
OT but what do you guys think tomorrows Teaser Tuesday™ will reveal? And yes, I am speculating what we are going to speculate.

Take a look at the new Forza Horizon game. They nailed a lot of the engine sounds. Aftermarket exhausts, higher displacement motors, and motors with upgraded cams and long blocks sound different. Ideally, swapping the stock long block to the performance one should give the motor a mean idle and a more aggressive sound.
Since this update has taken double the time of normal updates (~6 months instead of the usual 3), are we going to be including this in the calculations for the time between updates? Or are we just going to call it an outlier?
I'd consider it an outlier for now. If this becomes the new trend however, the old between update calculation chart would likely be deprecated.
4 months was the old update cycle. They've been 3 months for the past couple of updates, as TDev mentioned when he told everyone to manage their expectations about this update's release
Still interested to know what the major game feature will be in this coming update. I'm still hopeful for a UI overhaul.
Its not confirmed, but last few updates had one: 0.23 - PBR 0.22 - Walking mode 0.21 - Tire improvements 0.20 - Water flow physics 0.19 - Drive modes etc.
