Well, the names of the updates aren't going by that kind of math, they're going by the basic rule of counting, which makes it perfectly clear that ten (10) comes after nine (9).
They also teach you in math class that you can't have more than one decimal point in a number, but version numbers do that too and no one has a problem with it.
I hope the new police lights are included in 0.9! I thought the old lighting patterns were a bit boring and unrealistic. I hope that they will be controllable.
Except it's not a decimal. Yes it uses a decimal separator but it's not a decimal. Version numbers are usually as follows: Major version-minor version-patch-build. 6.13.4.4647. shortened to the public as 6.13 which is greater version than 6.9. it is not a decimal In software versions, 6.10 is version 6 10, not 6 1 with the 0 truncated. Go look at many many games out there. You children's favorites like Minecraft and roblox did it.
Whats the new "mystery Car" There talking about? Its just the ETK-I series, Or is this a new configuration ?
Nah, its just regular ETK-I as you said. He called it mystery car because people were arguing about the Italy development section that it could be some new car, potentially the Hopper
It was. https://www.beamng.com/threads/update-speculation-thread.20246/page-170#post-536669 You can see all the possible upcoming features at the first post of this thread. It should be updated with the new police lights along with some more changes for the light bars as Nadeox confirmed today though. @crazikyle?
It's OK but I'm not as its just another modification of the D-series whereas Hopper is a whole new sexy car.
could be the 2000 config, as there are 2000, 2000i, 2000ti, and 2000tix badges in the game, but no 2.0 litre engine at this time, and it would make sense for a base model to have bare steelies. EDIT: though it does have a chin spoiler, how strange...
