I'm sorry if i don't understand, but is this Beam or not? i have not active for awhile till now, but is there people in beam now or is this something else.

It looks like it could possibly be a Covet with the roof container thing?

 

seems to be the famous JRI village that was discovered years ago? the one in the background is very similar to the port we already have and the military ship is a further object of the war scene. moreover it seems that I was right several years ago when I said that we will have some characters (as shown by the fashion billboards in Italy). I'm just speculating...

 

I don't see why they would keep going out of their way to photoshop motion blur in, especially after seeing all the people in this thread be excited over its implementation. They would be severely letting us down, and baiting us :/

 

the character is from yakuza, and while i'm not certain, i'd imagine the map is also ported from yakuza.

might just be me but that looks more like an ECUSA remaster than a new map. Also, the box falling confirms motion blur and the man… i dont know what that confirms. I do think that this means the update is 100% ready to come out if car killer is willing to post this, and I expect it out on monday.

The content creators give feed back and make vidoes to upload ( when update is out ) i think we in the final road.

Given its the weekend maybe gives creators more time to play/test.

that's definitely a covet on the right side, looks like it's also got the previously shown roof box on it.

 

I was also thinking the same, but then thought its just my eyes thinking its a covet,

but anyways, the devs are good at secretly teasing stuff

 

It isn't stalking when a dev known for leaks posts obvious teasers in Community Screenshots

 

I think motion blur is drastically gonna change the gaming experience the way glass particles and so many other cool feautures did in the past! so hyped!
