Sadly am hyped and IRL down, LOL but yeah, If not i will enjoy the moonhawk some more and the Grand marsshall more
I suppose it would be better to call it the '88 Pessima and the '96 Pessima. Also, I think a trim level on the 86 being called the "Miramar" would make sense, or maybe there would be a more luxurious version of the Pessima called the Miramar.
Yes, those were planned, but they were removed a while ago. Also, there were a couple Japanese mid-size sedans that had their first generations in the late-'80s and early-'90s - the Subaru Legacy (1989) and Nissan Altima (1992). So, it's not entirely impossible that the "Mk1" Pessima is actually the first generation of the vehicle. (The first-gen Altima was just a different name for the Nissan Bluebird U13 - the T11-U12 generation Bluebirds (1981-1992) were called Stanzas, and the first Altimas in '93 were called "Stanza Altimas".) I do agree that there could be a more luxurious JDM trim of the '88 Pessima (possibly a hardtop?), but I don't think that the Miramar name would be used on it. Like I said in this post, the Miramar's quite a large car by '60s Japanese standards - a '90s version of it would be comparable to the JZX80/90/100 MkII/Cresta/Chaser (~4.7-4.75m long). However, I do have an idea for what such a luxurious Pessima could be called - the Suprema. Ibishu already has wheels called that in the game, and they'd look quite fitting on a higher-end '88 Pessima.
ok so this silly thing spiraled into several people on r/beamng making their own "patch notes" which eventually got noticed by Stenyak. i have contributed to the community
They've been removed from the game. They were added in 0.24, but were quickly scrubbed from the game and the patch notes. I can't even find them on the Wayback Machine, they removed them so fast. The earliest mention I can find for them is this post from McBeamer from 10 Dec 2021 (right after 0.24.0.1). To be honest, we could just be hallucinating.
They were in the patch notes for either 0.24 or 0.24.0.1 (likely the former), and they were probably gone in a few hours. The update was released on the 2nd of December, and the first snapshot on Wayback Machine was the 3rd of December. I am sorry that I do not have anything more concrete for this.
So you have no clue if its in the description or a different info section? --- Post updated --- I have searched everywhere. Cant find any info. Can a dev confirm
I highly doubt they were officially in the game - that would've required a rework of the descriptions to include those codes. They were likely just thrown into the patch notes as something the devs thought of during the '96 Pessima remaster development. They're certainly nowhere in the game files right now.
