vulkan "there is no valid rendering device available"

    game will not start in vulkan at all i get the following message "there is no valid rendering device available" ,
    i then get this message after i close the error box "BeamNG 0.33.3.0 0xC0000374 STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION".
    The dx version loads up fine but not the vulkan witch ive used everyday for months as i love playing vr :L ive tried clearing cache but hasn't helped anyone have any ideas

    pc spec is

    5800x3d
    64gb ddr4
    rtx 4090
    4tb m2 nvme
