I did the same test again this time with the difference that I removed the tires from all wheels. Result? ZERO spikes.

Will it ever be possible for the tire to have NO spikes after a puncture?

Probably no, it's a game engine limitation

I don't get what you expect. Of course there's spiking if you hit it that hard, even the vanilla cars spike when you hit them hard enough. 186 and even 223 are absurd speeds to hit the bus at. This isn't a reason to fix the jbeam.

oh boy i crushed a bus using a 220 ton train travelling at Mach 0.5 which would have a momentum of nearly 250 000 000ftlb/s, which is equivalent to a jumbo jet crashing into it at the speed of sound, causing game instability, it must be the mods fault.....

GOSH DANGIT, my new remastered covet caused a game instability when I hit it with 4 ME262 rockets and the ME262 itself at over the speed of sound, It clearly needs to be re-remastered

Pretty sure the game isn't made for any crashes above like 300 km/h, so when a mod has issues above that speed then it's acceptable

for some reason, all of the different models have green windscreens while the original dt40l has a clear windscreen. this is with no other mods enabled and cache cleared

Yes, I'm aware of this. I have no idea why this happens, the materials of the pack's vehicles are direct copies of the vanilla bus's materials.
    Hmm..I'll look into this.

For some reason all the buses except the DT35L with the EU-Body have glitched textures whether on the tail lights or the articulated body:

DT40L Partira - you can see the tail lights having glitched textures

DT60L Partira - this one hasn't got any glitched textures on the tail lights though

Is there any way I could fix these textures by editing stuff in the mod files or are only you able to fix it?
Broken tail lights - since having this mod installes (0.24)
Broken articulated frame - since some hotfix in 0.26

    Kind regards

Please clean your cache, all those issues are caused by previous versions of the mod.
    https://documentation.beamng.com/support/launcher_support_tools/clear_cache/
The current version has a missing bellow on the articulated eu variants, see this message for a quick fix guide:

What do you think of a Minibus made by Gravil and Wentward?
