Outdated Mega ETK engine pack 1.8

-fixed etk 1300 knallhart spawning with wrong wheels
-remade s series knallhart even tho the mod is outdated

Hello guys this is major update i decided to put all of the stuff of my other etk engine pack in this, so now, you dont need three completely different mods which is kinda annoying i know

-deleted every V12 related config and the V12 itself who were causing etk 800 and k series to not work properly
-changed the engine of the drag from V10 to I6

-fixed a few thing in Json
-changed the name of etk M800 V10 to V10 to avoid copyright issues with a other mod

Finally after 2 years its back
i ve fixed all engine and added those to the ETK 800

well i got some bug who destroy my 1.3 so i do a big fix update
