No passengers, it's a single seater.
And I'm not sure 9g's will kill a person alone, it'll probably make them blank out though. I mean just look at jet fighters.

There are also life support systems to keep pilots from blacking out. I can't think of anything for the firm suspension though. You'll need a spine transplant

    9 G's :-D

Maybe you need to put on a hydraulic pressure suit to not blank out

    Sub 8:30 in a stock E36 M3 Touring
(stock-ish … since this car never came from the factory)

Stuff that isn't really really stock:
    • upgraded brakes to be able to adjust front-rear brake balance
    • steering rack with extra angle to reel in unforgiving tankslappers
    • rear M GmbH suspension which is a figment of my imagination

Driven as always with a Sony DS4

Hi everyone, I've been recording a couple of laps with some new mods I've been collecting. Let me share them with you. All really spicy and fast cars, in stock config and run with an old xbox joystick.

    Lexus LFA - 7:45

    McLaren F1 - 7:25

    Ford GT - 7:42

I think all times have room to be improved even with a joystick but I was happy enough completing a reasonable lap without crashing. I'll be recording and posting with other cars. Cheers.

Unfortunately, you didn't do the correct layout:
You should correct that, I'd like to see your times!
OT: Here's a terrible run I did with the base McLaren F1 (Factory Spec 3) to be on-topic. Keyboard, all assists off, and driven like a grandma who's terrified of going over 60 lol. 7:57:376

Thank you for this, I didn't remembered that from the first post. I'll be attempting the laps again with the correct trial.

Hold on I thought I made a comment on this, but it seems I didn't even post it, oh well

In the official lore for the SRT Tomahawk X VGT it says you actually do need to wear a G-suit to drive it, akin to the ones jet-fighter pilots use to fly their planes, to deal with the immense G-forces dealt to you during cornering. You also have to undergo an extensive, seven-month training program to pilot the Tomahawk at full tilt, so you two actually aren't that far off in your measures lmao, it's what real car companies would also have to do if their customers were to thrash a car that fast around a track

All the Hakosuka-faced Datsun Wagon needed to go sub-7:30 was an inline-6 that revs to 10k. BeamNG Hotlap, as always driven via Wine CrossOver on a Mac with a Sony DS4 Controller.

This Miramar config is a combined one made from five different Miramar mods:
Thank you to these hardworking modders!

I managed to squeeze out an 8:34.414 on a base vanilla Civetta Bolide 350, but not without a lot of crashing

    8:21 with a stock BMW E34 M5 Touring.
The fins of the surfboard added lateral stability and improved the laptime by 0.00238 seconds.

No laptime, just a drive around a new nordschleife port with night lighting

Where is that new port being made if I may ask politely?

And now for something completely different:

That makes me think … if a cheap old E30 with a two-valve inline-six, a bolted-on Ebay turbo and immense 195/50 15 tractor tires can get under 8 minutes, then the Mc Laren F1 might too, right? There's only one way to find out …

Edit: The brakes were overheating like crazy so this lap was done with original sized but upgraded brakes.
Edit II: Oh wait: In case of the F1 it's actually the 7-minute barrier. Slight difference.

Sorry for bump, but for those who care, the time trials restore mod seems to have stop working

And that's why I'm staying on 0.33 for now.

I forgot to drive fast, was enjoying the intake sounds too much.
Btw buy Matissadors supporter pack on Ko-Fi everyone, you won't regret it

    Got to try and lap the new car;

    Bruckell Nine Roadster (M) w/driver
Vanilla - Custom config - Default tune
    Time: 13:25.182

Bruckell Nine Deluxe Roadster (M) w/driver
Vanilla - Custom config - Default tune
    Time: 12:08.033

I added drivers(1.85m, 80kg) because the Nine Roadsters looked a bit silly going around a track without one. The Roadster versions of the nine drive decently well also, did not expect that from such old vehicles.

    But then I tried something that really did not drive decently;

    Bruckell Nine Sundown Coupe (M)
Vanilla - Stock config - Default tune
    Time: 10:15.286

The Sundown Coupe was an absolute nightmare to get around the lap and I still failed since I spun just before the carousel.
It really showcases how bad the driver is since to tame it you need good throttle control, brake control, smooth steering control and have to keep weight transfer in mind. And as an extra challenge the front axle moves from side to side quite a bit aswell causing some delay in steering, which I found out when recording an extra viewpoint.

Overall I have been enjoying the Bruckell Nine way more than I expected from the teasers.

How do you get the time trials to work on 0.34?

I don't know, they have always just worked for me without doing any fixes.
