I have searched a bit for that one and didn't found anything, but the same thing is happening with atoll and Descent road. I would have though if it was a problem from the game where any mod with quickraces would overwrite the procedural tracks, but apparently that's not the case, for example The Stairway Mountain doesn't have this problem on my side And if it's too complicated to fix from the in-game code, I could easily push an update with the fix from my side if you find where the problem comes from.
0.11.0.0 Bruckell eGran - Causes duplication of the regular Bruckell LeGran in the vehicle selector. The issue seems to be the legran.jbeam file in the mod being the same name as the jbeam from the normal LeGran, renaming it fixes the duplication. Another LeGran mod seems to be doing this and currently finding what mod that is.
