Developers are discussing the performance of dual wheels for trailers) at the same time modders are releasing a super detailed bus
Bigger engine upgrades/updates is always a treat I love, IRL or not. I'm curious about seeing how much they can haul in the 0.31. Also, man, I'd love to see an OM473 15.6l I6 clone in BeamNG, coupled with a modern multi-speed automatic transmission, for a modern European truck of course! --- Post updated --- Not really sad, I'd say. It's just that the 10.6 engine is physically larger than the 6.0 and it also has fewer and larger cylinders (6 and 1.76l each vs 8 and 0.75l each), so torque ratings also jump up a bit without having as big of a need for turbocharging. And it's a bit older too, with less advanced technology than the smaller 6.0. But yes, I definitely agree, the 10.6 is already a beast of an engine, let alone any larger one that may come as well with the 0.31, and it needs more parts!
What I meant is that the Stage 3 turdbo on the D-Series, cranked to max boost, makes more boost than the biggest turdbo on the T-Series
I don't see connection... even if that bus have dual wheels then multiply that 2 wheels to 6 on trailer, 2 or 4 on truck and check performance. Then spawn 1-2 same trucks and if u play on minimal setting or even on high you are probably screwed. What we don't have at all in mind, is that game must be stable on release because people who join not knowing about performance topics will just give 1/5 stars because 23FPS!??!?! At this topic we need to trust devs, they making this game, they know pros and cons
I wonder if they will let us shift above 8th gear when they remaster t-series, currently i cant find any way to do that when using a H-shifter, i have to use paddles. Possible range splitter?
I updated this post with recent staff posts and the last Teaser Tuesday: I mentioned under the section about the new trailer... We have a comment from James mentioning that the trademan branch of career mode is getting big updates to delivery missions, we just got a gooseneck/fifth wheel tilt deck that is commonly used for transporting conex boxes, and we seem to be getting a fifth wheel telescoping conex transport trailer. Surely that is all tied together, no? Personal wish list... I really hope we get a roll off knuckleboom truck and 20ft conex boxes since that's the combo I personally use most IRL ... Picture below of a similar truck for those who can't visualize that, though it's a grapple not a knucke boom:
There's no reason for them to not do that, as far as i know no truck has an actual 12 speed H-pattern (though with the wacky patterns I've seen, i'm not entirely sure that's the case)

He wasn't asking about a 12-speed H-pattern box anyways, he mentioned range boxes in his post. --- Post updated --- I see no reason why they couldn't do this, it would make perfect sense to do it with a remaster.
I was once excited for GTA announcements as well, that was before I played GTA Online. I was there when it released and saw it becoming the barely working P2W disaster it is today. That's far from the only thing that bugs me about modern Rockstar/T2 but it's probably the biggest reason I'm not that excited for "Trailer 1". Oh, and having to wait 10 years hasn't helped either... anyway BEAMNG IS NOT A BIG TRUCK but it will be with the next update
I practice floating gears. Thinking they are going to add the double clutch system, we will have to master this one day or another.
