If we're at 0.34 ten years in and we get 3 a year, won't it take 20 or so years for 1.0 or am I crazy
Yes this is one of those endless games. They just put a number like 0.35 or whatever to see how long it's been since it was created or something.
I updated this list with a few WCUSA sneak peaks that Krallopian posted to the career mode thread. We see a few revised parking lots and changes to the drag strip and dirt oval area (including changing the dirt oval largely back to how it was in the original release)
I may be crazy, but what exactly is the definitive proof that there is a sunburst remaster? (it entirely makes sense to me and I'm pretty sure it is but wtv)
The rear doorcard they showed aligned with that of a Impreza door card, and a chassis was shown driving with a flat four turbo which is something you would expect from a Impreza recreation.
I'm aware the post I've replied to is most likely a joke, but why would they remaster the FCV? All of the vehicles that have been remastered so far are a lot older than it. The release dates of all currently-remastered/refreshed vehicles in the game: -Grand Marshal, Covet, Bolide, H-Series, D-Series: 3 August 2013 (0.3) -Pigeon: 22 June 2014 (0.3.1) -T-Series: 9 September 2014 (0.3.6) -Roamer, BX-Series: 30 April 2015 (0.3.8.1) -'96 Pessima: 7 August 2015 (0.4.1.1) -800 Series: 9 February 2016 (0.5.2) -K-Series: 4 June 2016 (0.5.6) -LeGran: 21 December 2016 (0.8) The LeGran got remastered because it originally was low-quality due to a rushed development cycle and issues involving a third-party modeler who was supposed to do the work. The K/800 got refreshed likely for similar reasons (and since they were going to receive a V8/a new body style (in the case of the 800), might as well improve other parts of the vehicle). Notice that all of these were made before 2017 - some long before then. They also had multiple touch-ups over the years, with new parts, revised proportions, new engine models, and more. The FCV got released in 2020, and it's barely had any changes done to it since its release.
A'ight, fair enough. I don't mind, to be honest - I got to go back through the old changelogs and re-learn some things about the game.
